持卡人须于2025年6月26日 0:00:00 至 2025年9月18日 23:59:59期间完成活动报名。成功报名后，持卡人于2025年6月26日 0:00:00 至 2025年10月8日 23:59:59期间入住指定酒店，可享双倍积分奖励。活动期间在万豪集团旗下指定区域的酒店（境内：中国大陆（不包括港澳台地区）; 境外：日本）的每笔计积分消费，可在联名卡交易所得积分的基础上，根据持卡人所持卡等级店内交易积分累计规则额外获得一倍万豪旅享家积分奖励（与联名卡交易所得积分叠加后总计为双倍）。 “合格消费“： 1、 必须在活动期间拥有一张已激活的中信银行万豪旅享家®精逸白金卡或中信银行万豪旅享家®白金卡。 2、 必须在指定时间内完成报名，且于指定时间内完成消费。 3、 必须在前台办理入住时出示并使用中信万豪旅享家®联名卡实体卡片进行刷卡预授权担保房费。 4、 必须在离店结算时使用中信万豪旅享家®联名卡实体卡进行刷卡支付房费。 5、 在活动期间内，符合条件的消费及可获得奖励的次数没有限制。 6、 使用电子钱包方式（包括不限于微信、支付宝等）进行的房费支付，不享受奖励。 7、 中信银行万豪旅享家会员卡®的详情，请参阅中信银行万豪旅享家®联名卡条款与细则的规定。

(1) Cardholders of the Co-brand Cards who participate in this Promotion during the Promotion period will have the opportunity to earn Marriott Bonvoy points, the detailed rules are as follows:

Cardholder of CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Platinum Card Cardholder of CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Premium Platinum Card

Cardholders must complete event registration between 00:00:00 on June 26, 2025, and 23:59:59 on September 18, 2025. Upon successful registration, cardholders who stay at designated hotels in mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions) and Japan between 00:00:00 on June 26, 2025, and 23:59:59 on October 8, 2025. For every eligible transaction that earns points, cardholders will receive an additional reward of one time the Marriott Bonvoy points based on the in-store transaction points accumulation rules corresponding to the card level they hold, on top of the points earned from the cobrand card transaction. (The total earned points will be doubled when combined with the points from the cobrand card transaction.) Eligible Transaction: 1. Must have an activated CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Platinum Card or CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Premium Platinum Card during the promotion period. 2. Must complete the registration and the transaction within the specified time during the specified period. 3. Must present the physical card upon check-in and use the physical CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Cobrand Card for pre-authorization. 4. Must use the physical CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Cobrand Card to swipe and pay for the room charges upon check-out. 5. No limit to the number of transactions and rewards one can receive for eligible transaction during the promotional period. 6. No extra rewards will be issued upon room charges paid using e-wallets (including but not limited to WeChat, Alipay, etc.). 7. For details on the CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Cobrand Card, please refer to the terms and conditions of the CITIC Bank Marriott Bonvoy® Co-branded Card.

(2)本次活动奖励赠送的积分为万豪旅享家积分，相应奖励积分会在客户交易当月月底后的45天内汇总一笔计入符合条件的持卡人的对应的万豪旅享家会员账户内（举例：客户已报名参与活动，在7月中的符合活动规则的交易，奖励积分将在9月14日前汇总一笔赠送至客户的联名卡绑定会员号）。若持卡人在活动奖励发放前发生退货交易，退货交易将从达标金额中扣除，并按消费达标要求，进行重新判定其获得活动奖励的资格；若持卡人在活动奖励发放前已经注销联名卡的，则自动失去活动奖励的获得资格。

(2) The points awarded as rewards for this promotion are Marriott Bonvoy points. The corresponding rewarded points will be credited in a lump sum to the eligible cardholder's Marriott Bonvoy membership account within 45 days after the end of the month in which the transaction took place.( For example, if a customer has registered for the campaign and made transactions that meet the campaign rules in July, the reward points will be credited in a lump sum to the customer's cobrand card linked membership number by September 14).If the Cardholder refunds any transaction before the awards of the Promotion are issued, such refunded transaction will be deducted from the spending amount and the eligibility for the awards will be re-evaluated according to the requirement of the spending criteria; if the Cardholder cancels the Co-brand Card before the awards are issued, the Cardholder will be automatically disqualified for the awards.

(3) 本次活动客户需要报名参加，可通过关注” 中信银行信用卡”官方微信公众号并发送指定文字“倍享积分“至该公众号，或可通过发送短信内容 “BXJF” 至106980095558进行活动报名(通过微信报名参加的客户，需要事先绑定任何中信银行的信用卡)。客户需在交易当月或更早进行报名，如客户报名时间晚于交易月份，将会导致活动交易遗漏（举例：客户于8月在参与活动的万豪酒店内交易，需在8月底前报名参加活动，如果客户9月再进行报名，8月的活动交易将无法获得活动奖励）。报名时间限制2025年6月26日0时0分至2025日9月18日23时59分，超出此时间范围的报名将视为报名失败。

(3) Cardholders need to register for this promotion by following the official WeChat public account of "CITIC Bank Credit Card" and sending the designated text "倍享积分" to the account, or by sending an SMS with the content "BXJF" to 106980095558 to register for the promotion. Customers who register via WeChat must have already linked any CITIC Bank credit card to the account. Customers must register in the month of the transaction or earlier; if they register later than the month of the transaction, it will result in the transaction being missed for this promotion (for example, if a customer makes a transaction at a participating Marriott hotel in August, they must register for the promotion by the end of August. If they register in September, the August transaction will not be eligible for the promotion rewards). The registration period is from 00:00 on June 26, 2025, to 23:59 on September 18, 2025. Registrations outside this time frame will be considered invalid.

(4) 本次活动以卡片为维度统计交易金额。

4、Miscellaneous

(1) 如发现任何个人或商户存在虚构交易获取权益、有偿转赠、套取权益的，中信银行信用卡中心有权取消其活动资格。

(1) CITIC Bank Credit Card Center reserves the right to disqualify any individual or merchant who is found to have engaged in fictitious transactions for obtaining benefits, transferring benefits for a fee or arbitrage of benefits.

(2) 持卡人办卡时间、激活时间、消费入账时间以及消费入账金额，以中信银行信用卡中心系统为准。本次活动中所涉及的所有时间均以北京时间为准。

(2) The Cardholder's card application time, activation time, spending credit time and spending credit amount are subject to the system of CITIC Bank Credit Card Center. All the time in this Promotion is Beijing time.

(3) 参加本活动的持卡人除需要同意并遵守《中信银行万豪旅享家®联名信用卡条件与条款》《活动细则》的全部条款和条件外，其行为还需适用万豪旅享家常客计划的条款和条件（请参阅https://www.marriott.com.cn/loyalty.mi）以及中信银行信用卡中心公布的相关信用卡条款及规则。

(3) In addition to agreeing to and abiding by all the terms and conditions of the “CITIC Marriott Bonvoy® Co-brand Card Terms and Conditions” and “Rules of Promotions”, the Cardholders shall also be subject to the terms and conditions of Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program (please visit https://www.marriott.com.cn/loyalty.mi) and terms and rules related to credit cards published by CITIC Bank Credit Card Center.

(4) 持卡人如存在下述任一情形，其参加本次活动的资格将被取消，已经获得的活动奖励有权扣除或退回：所持信用卡被停用或管制、自行注销信用卡、对中信银行信用卡中心其他债务不偿还的、违反《中信银行信用卡领用合约》或本活动细则及其他相关规定。

(4) The Cardholder will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and the awards have been earned will be deducted or returned under the following circumstances: the credit card is suspended or controlled, the Cardholder cancels the credit card, the Cardholder fails to repay other debts owed to CITIC Bank Credit Card Center, or the Cardholder violates the “Agreement on the Credit Card of CITIC Bank Credit Card Center” or this “Rules of the Promotion” and other related rules.

(5) 如对本活动有异议，持卡人可于2025年12月31日前拔打中信银行信用卡客服热线40060-95558处理。

5、免责条款

5、Disclaimer

如本次活动期间，出现不可抗力、形势变更或其他情况（包括但不限于重大灾害事件、活动受政府机关指令需要停止开展或调整的、活动遭受严重网络攻击或因系统故障需要暂停开展等），活动主办方有权根据实际情况暂停、中止或终止本次活动，并可依相关法律法规等规定主张免责。

在法律允许的范围内，活动主办方对本次活动拥有解释权。

In the event of force majeure, a change of circumstances or other circumstances (including but not limited to major disasters, termination or adjustment of the Promotion by order of governmental authorities, suspension of the Promotion due to serious cyber-attacks or system failure, etc.), the Promotion organizer reserves the right to suspend, discontinue or terminate the event according to the actual situation and may claim exemption from liability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promotion organizer reserves the right of interpretation of this Promotion.
