七、参赛资格及分组

1. 参赛资格

   （2）中信银行信用卡中心推荐的青少年选手20人
   （3）历届“张连伟”杯青少年高尔夫球邀请赛各组冠军
   （4）第九届“张连伟”杯青少年高尔夫球邀请赛各组前五
   （5）2010全国青少年高尔夫球锦标赛各组冠军
   （6）2010中国青少年高尔夫球公开赛各组冠军
   （7）中国高尔夫球协会最新公布的青少年积分排行榜各组前五
   （8）2010香港青少年锦标赛各组冠军
   （9）2009香港青少年公开赛各组冠军
   （10）2010台湾青少年各组积分第一名
   （11）其他国家或地区赛事且被该国高尔夫球协会认可的青少年高尔夫赛事的冠军
   （12）张连伟先生推荐的青少年选手10名

2. 年龄18周岁以下(以2010年8月12日24：00以前)符合下列年龄组：
   A、15-17岁男、女选手　
   B、13-14岁男、女选手　
   C、11-12岁男、女选手　
   D、9-10岁男、女选手
   E、8岁以下男、女选手

八、竞赛办法

1. 11-12岁、13-14岁、15-17岁年龄组的比赛采用两轮共36洞(即每轮18洞)比赛的方式，根据每名选手两轮(36洞)的总杆成绩排定个人名次。
2. 8岁以下、9-10岁年龄组的比赛采用两轮共18洞(即每轮于不同9洞)比赛的方式，根据每名选手两轮(18洞)中的总杆成绩排定个人名次。　
3. 根据每位选手比赛的总杆数累计总成绩，杆数低者名次列前。如各组的第一名出现平分，则采取“骤死式”逐洞赛决出冠军；第二、三名并列时则以倒计数的方式决定名次：即首先看最后一轮的成绩，若相同则以（9-6-3-1）逐洞倒计数的方式决定。如仍相同则采用抽签的方式来决定名次。本规程的最终解释权属于赛事组委会。
4. 比赛时必须穿着高尔夫球服装，专用球鞋，自备比赛器材。　
5. A、B、C组参赛球员比赛期间不可使用球童，可选自行背包或使用手推车参赛；每组将配备一名记分球童。D、E组每位球员必须配备一名名商球会的球童（不允许自带球童）。

              注:每位选手仅可携带一位直系亲属参加晚宴。请所有参加晚宴的选手
                    及家长必须正装出席。当晚将由现场媒体评出最佳风尚球员奖。

8月11日：第一轮比杆赛；　　

8月12日：第二轮比杆赛及颁奖仪式。

十、竞赛规则

比赛采用中国高尔夫球协会最新审定的，由苏格兰圣安德鲁斯皇家古老高尔夫球 　　俱乐部批准的2008版的《高尔夫规则》以及赛事组委会制定的当地规则。

十一、录取名次及奖励

奖励各组男、女子前三名的选手颁发奖杯和奖品；各组前六名的男、女选手颁发由张连伟先生亲笔签名的证书。

     各组别冠军获得资格参加2010马基高香港青少年高尔夫球公开赛，请准备相关证件、护照。若因故不能参赛，名额将顺延。

十二、裁判员及工作人员
　　裁判员由已批准的国家级裁判员担任、工作人员由主办单位统一委派。

十三、积分排名
　　参加本邀请赛的男、女选手所获得的积分将纳入中国高尔夫球协会设立的积分排名系统。

十四、报名和报到　
　各参赛单位的选手应于8月3日下午17：30前传真报名表及参赛选手身份证的复印件到朝向集团。
参赛选手必须在8月9日09：00--14：00之间持本人(身份证、户口本或护照及获奖证书原件)到比赛地点向组委会报到。如有特殊情况不能及时报到者，必须事先通知组委会，无故未按时报到者，作弃权处理。

十五、经费　
　参赛选手参赛费为每人200元、亲子赛每队家庭480元，报到时统一交纳，由朝向集团统一收取。

收费标准：

从9日起每天安排穿梭巴士往返于酒店和球场之间，穿梭车时刻表将于8日张贴于酒店及球场。

  1). The top 3 players of all divisions in 2010 China Citic Bank Junior Golf Challenge.

  3). The past winners of all divisions in the “Zhang Lianwei” Cup International Junior Golf Invitational.
  4). First 10 and anyone tying for 10th place of all divisions in the 9th “Zhang Lianwei” Cup International Junior Golf Invitational.
  5). The winners of all divisions in the 2010 China Junior Golf Championship.
  6). The winners of all divisions in the 2010 China Junior Golf Open.
  7). The top 5 players of all divisions on the updated CGA China Junior ranking.
  8) The winners of all divisions in the 2010 Hong Kong Junior Championship.
  9). The winners of all divisions in the 2009 Hong Kong Junior Golf Open.
  10). The 1st palce of all divisions on the 2010 Chinese Taipei Junior ranking.

• DIVISIONS
  Age under 18 (before 2010/08/12 24:00) will draw as below:

• TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS
  1) Group A, group B and group C will be decided by stroke play over two rounds of 18 holes.
  2) Group Dand group E will be decided by stroke play over two rounds of 9 holes.
  3) The competition placing will be based on the two days of lowest total score. In an event of a tie after 2 rounds, the winner will be decided by “suddenly death” play-off. If there is a tie for 2nd place and 3th place, it will be decided by the better score of the last round, if still tie, place will be decided by better score of the last 9 holes; if score tie again, place will be decided by the last hole; if all scores are same, place will be decided by drawing. Tournament Committee reserves the rights to make the final decision.
  4) All Players must wear proper golf shirts and golf shoes at all the time. Players must prepare all the competition equipment by themselves.
  5) The players of Group A、Group B & Group C cannot use caddies. They must carry their golf bags or use of golf trolley. The Tournament Committee will dispatch a caddie to keep scores for each flight. The players of Group D & Group E must use a caddie of Noble Merchant Golf Club. All players’ are not allowed bringing their own caddies.

• RULES
  The 10th “Zhang Lianwei” Cup International Junior Golf Invitational will be in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by R&A Rules Limited and in accordance with the Local Rules approved by Tournament Committee.
• PRIZE
  The top three players of all divisions’ boys and girls will receive prize and trophy; first six players and anyone tying of all divisions boys and girls will receive a certificate sign by Mr. Zhang Lianwei.
  Champions from each division are exempt to play in Hong Kong Junior Open Championship 2010.Please gather all needed documents and passport for traveling to Hong Kong. If any players can not participate to play in the tournament, the exempt status will slide to next player.
• REFEREE & OFFICIAL STAFF
  The official referees are approved by national qualification. The official staffs are accredited by the Tournament committee.
• RANKING
  WINNING　points of this competition (including boys and girls group) will accredit into the China Golf Association official ranking system.
• ENTRY & REGISTRATION
  All competitors should send their entry form and competitor’s identification to Forward Group before 2010-07-31 5:30pm.
  　　All competitors must register by 2010-08-9 between 09:00am to 02:00pm with their identification (personal ID, passport, registered permanent residence certificate and award certificate). In the event that the competitor can not register on time with the special reason, he/she must inform competition committee immediately. If the competitor fails to register on time, he/she will be deemed to be disqualified.
• ENTRY FEE
  The entrance fee is RMB200 for each player, RMB480 for a family team in the Guardian/Child Team Competition, preferred method of payment by cash, at Forward Group registration corner.
